304 316 Stainless Steel Flange
Secure and Reliable Connections -- Flanges provide a safe and dependable way to connect pipelines, valves, and other components. Their design ensures stability and prevents disconnection under demanding conditions.
Adaptability to Different Pressure Levels -- Flanges suit various pressure needs. Wire flanges work for low-pressure pipelines, while welded flanges are ideal for systems above 4 kg, offering flexibility across applications.
Enhanced Sealing Performance -- Gaskets between paired flanges ensure tight sealing, preventing leakage of liquids or gases. This boosts efficiency and safety in critical pipeline systems.
Customizable Design for Application Needs -- Flanges vary in thickness and use bolts of different specifications based on pressure ratings, making them suitable for both low- and high-pressure projects.
Flange, also known simply as a flange connector, is a component used to join pipes together and is attached to the pipe ends. Each flange has holes for bolts, which securely fasten two flanges together. A gasket is placed between them to ensure a proper seal. Flanges can be categorized into threaded (screw-type) flanges and welded flanges.
Flange is a disc-shaped component, commonly used in pipeline engineering. Flanges are applied in pairs and also with corresponding flanges on valves, serving mainly to connect pipelines. Depending on pressure requirements, wire flanges are suitable for low-pressure systems, while welded flanges are used for pressures above 4 kg. A gasket is placed between two flanges and secured with bolts to ensure a tight seal. Flanges designed for different pressure levels vary in thickness and require bolts of different specifications.
Types of Flange Connections
Flange connections come in various forms, including: plate flat welding flange, flat welding flange with neck, neck butt welding flange, socket welding flange, threaded flange, flange cover, loose flange with neck butt welding ring, flat welding ring loose sleeve flange, ring groove face flange and flange cover, large-diameter flat flange, large-diameter high-neck flange, figure-eight blind plate, butt welding ring loose flange, rotating flange, anchoring flange, and surfacing/cladding flange.

Flange Applications:
Flanges are essential components in piping design, fittings, and valves, as well as essential components in equipment and its components. Flange joints are also frequently used in industries such as industrial furnaces, thermal engineering, water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation, and automatic control equipment.
A flange is a disc-shaped component, most common in plumbing. A flange is installed on each pipe to be connected. Low-pressure pipes can use threaded flanges, while pressures above 4 kg require welded flanges. A gasket is placed between the two flanges, and then bolted together. Flanges for different pressures have different thicknesses and bolt types.
Water pumps and valves: When connected to pipes, parts of these equipment are also manufactured with corresponding flange shapes, also known as flange connections. Any connection between two flat surfaces that is bolted together and sealed at the perimeter is generally called a "flange." Smaller components, such as valves, are called "flange-type components," such as the flanges used in ventilation ducts.
Gaskets: Lens-shaped or other shaped metal gaskets made of copper, aluminum, No. 10 steel, or stainless steel are used in high-pressure equipment and pipelines. High-pressure gaskets have a very narrow contact width with the sealing surface (line contact), and the surface and gasket are machined to a higher finish.
Low-pressure, small-diameter flanges have threaded flanges, while both high- and low-pressure, large-diameter flanges use welded flanges. Flanges for different pressures have different thicknesses, bolt diameters, and bolt counts.
