The stainless steel tee is a type of pipe fitting used for branching pipelines. When manufactured from seamless pipes, the most common production methods are hydraulic bulging and hot pressing. Hydraulic bulging involves expanding the branch pipe through the axial compensation of the metal material. In this process, a special hydraulic press injects liquid into a tube blank of the same diameter as the tee. The tube blank is then extruded by the synchronized movement of two horizontal side cylinders in the press. As the volume of the tube blank decreases, the liquid pressure increases. Once the required pressure is reached, the metal flows along the inner mold cavity under the combined action of the side cylinders and liquid pressure, forming the expanded branch pipe.
